For the entire fiscal year, Sweetgreen plans to introduce between 23 and 27 net new restaurant locations, with an anticipated rise in same-store sales by 3%. The company forecasts its revenue to be within the range of $655 million to $670 million.
Impact of Additional Locations and Pricing Dynamics
Sweetgreen’s stock price rose by 6%, with 5% of this increase attributed to elevated prices and an additional 1% due to changes in customer traffic and product mix. Moreover, the firm benefited from an extra week in the 2023 fiscal year.
